Why Brooks Heating & Air?
The Rogue Valley is a community with many family names that span generations. My great-grandfather owned a heating & sheet metal shop in the 1950s. My father currently owns and operates a heating & air company under our last name - Baumer's Heating & Air - so when I founded my own company I named it in homage of my great-grandfather and his company.
History In An Attic
A few years back, my younger brother found an old newspaper page forgotten in an attic. It wasn't the whole newspaper, just a folded up page that had been weathered and worn from decades in the elements. On this page was an advertisement for Brooks Heating and General Sheet Metal, with our great-grandfather's name and contact - look at how phone numbers used to be formatted in the 1950s!
